Hi Sebastian,
es sind die Tage 55 Neusysteme der NX3-Serie hier eingetroffen, welche auf Funktionalität überprüft werden müssen.
Wie heute telefonisch schon besprochen besteht ein Problem mit der Stromversorgung bei den ab Werk montierten Sony UP-D711 Druckern.
Es sind mittlerweile schon 4 Systeme, die davon betroffen sind.
Die Testpoints unten am Power Supply zeigen eine Spannung von ca 24 V DC.
Am Kabel, wo der Printer angeschlossen ist, messe ich keine Spannung.
Die Printer habe ich an anderen Systemen getestet und sind in Ordnung.
Printer, von intakten Systemen funktionieren an den Systemen natürlich nicht..
Besteht eine Alternative, diese Probleme zu fixen?
Alle Systeme wurden von verschiedenen Kaufleuten bestellt. Ich will vermeiden, nun Jedem den gleichen Defekt zu melden, so dass „Chaos“ entsteht und die Kaufleute den Defekt des Systems bei euch melden.
By the way, ich habe noch 26 Systeme zur Überprüfung und vermute, dass dieses Problem noch bei einigen Systemen auftreten wird, eventuell ein Kabelbruch ?!
Eine Lösung sollte schnell her, da einige Systeme schon diese Woche ausgeliefert werden sollen; ein System ist schon disponiert zur Auslieferung, da soll dann ein Techniker von euch das Problem lösen.
Desweiteren werden die Systeme mit dem Mitsubishi P95 bestellt und einer Montageplatte.
Dafür musst du hinten das Ablagefach demontieren, eine Metallplatte montieren und Eine auf der, der Printer montiert wird.
Wie auf dem angefügtem Bild zu erkennen, fehlen dann jedoch zwei Covers (Das Bild ist von einem System, wo die Cover vorhanden waren)
Wir haben vor Wochen schon Systeme bekommen, wo die beiden Covers vorhanden waren
Im Spare Part stehen diese Teile leider nicht drin.
